How to wear and remove Clear Aligners

    Instructions for Wearing:

  • Step 1: Rinse the aligners with cool water before placing them in your mouth.
  • Step 2: Line up the aligner with your teeth, starting with the front teeth, and gently press them into place.
  • Step 3: Apply pressure with your fingers at the back molars to ensure the aligners are fully seated.
  • Step 4: Use chewies to ensure the aligners fit snugly against your teeth.

    Instructions for Removing:

  • Step 1: Start at the back molars using your fingers or the aligner outie tool.
  • Step 2: Gently lift the aligner off from the molars and gradually pull it forward, away from your front teeth.
  • Step 3: Rinse the aligner with cool water before storing it in its case.

    Important Tip:

  • Avoid using hot water to clean the aligners, as this can warp the plastic. Always store the aligners in a protective case when not in use.
  • When you receive your package: You will find multiple sets of aligners, each individually packed and clearly labeled. Follow the sequence and wear each set in the correct order as instructed in the manual included in the package.

How to Use Chewies

    Instructions:

  • Step 1: Ensure your aligners are properly fitted over your teeth before using chewies. Place the chewie between your teeth, either vertically or horizontally, depending on your preference. Bite down, but don't swallow it!
  • Step 2: Bite down on the chewie for approximately a minute, starting at the back of your mouth and gradually moving forward. This helps eliminate any air gaps between your teeth and the aligners, ensuring a secure fit.
  • Step 3: Hold each bite for at least 5 seconds before moving to the next position. Repeat the process for a total of 5-10 minutes to ensure your aligners are well-seated.
  • Step 4: If certain areas feel loose, focus on those areas with additional bites. Use chewies twice a day (morning and night) and especially when switching to a new aligner tray for the best fit.

    Customer Note:

  • Use chewies daily to ensure the best possible fit, especially after switching to a new set of aligners.

    Important Tip:

  • Replace chewies periodically to prevent bacteria buildup. Clean them with warm water and mild soap after each use.
