1. Impression Kit: To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns for the impression kit. Once the kit has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Smile Projection: After receiving the 3D Preview of your projected smile, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will modify the preview and if you are still not happy we will keep the impression kits cost and refund you the remaining amount. Our team of expert Dentists and Orthodontists will be there to support you throughout the process until you achieve the promised results.

3. Results Guarantee: In the unlikely event that the projected results are not achieved upon completion of your treatment, we provide free additional aligners to help you attain the desired outcome.

4. Unsuitability for Treatment: If our Dentists determine that you are not a suitable candidate for aligner treatment, you will receive a full refund for any amount you have spent with us. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities.

5. Treatment Plan Approval: Once you have approved the treatment plan, refunds are not possible. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects or issues with the fit of your aligners, we will be happy to replace them at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing: All refunds are processed within 5-6 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be returned to the customer through the original payment method used during the purchase.
