Impression Kit:

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns for the impression kit. Once the kit has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Smile Projection:

After receiving the 3D Preview of your projected smile, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will modify the preview and if you are still not happy we will keep the impression kit cost and refund you the remaining amount. Our team of expert Dentists and Orthodontists will be there to support you throughout the process until you achieve the promised results.

Results Guarantee:

We promise a full refund for your purchase excluding the impression kit cost if we believe you are not a suitable candidate for our aligner treatment.

We guarantee your results: In the event of any teeth shifting after successful treatment completion, we will provide, at no additional cost, a revised treatment plan, new impressions, and additional aligners. However, this guarantee is contingent upon adherence to the following treatment protocols:

• Aligner Wear Time: Daytime aligners must be worn for 22 hours daily, while nighttime aligners require wear for 8-10 hours nightly.
• Treatment Monitoring: Consistent progress monitoring is crucial. Uploading progress photos through our patient portal every 14 days is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in additional fees for replacement aligners.
• Aligner Care: Proper storage and safekeeping of all aligners throughout treatment are essential.
• Dental Intervention: Unnecessary dental procedures during treatment should be avoided.
• Oral Hygiene: Maintaining excellent oral hygiene practices is vital for successful treatment.
• Retainer Usage: Consistent wear of your retainer after treatment completion is mandatory to ensure lasting results.

After following the guidelines, if you are not satisfied with the results, please get in touch with your smile specialist for a re-evaluation. If approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners, and failure to adhere to guidelines may incur additional costs to resume treatment.

Treatment Plan Approval:

Refunds are not possible once you have approved the treatment plan. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects or issues with the fit of your aligners, we will be happy to replace them at no additional cost.

Refund Processing:

All refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be returned to the customer through the original payment method used during the purchase.
