How to Use Chewies
Step 1: Ensure your aligners are properly fitted over your teeth before using chewies. Place the chewie between your teeth, either vertically or horizontally, depending on your preference. Bite down, but don't swallow it!
Step 2: Bite down on the chewie for approximately a minute, starting at the back of your mouth and gradually moving forward. This helps eliminate any air gaps between your teeth and the aligners, ensuring a secure fit.
Step 3: Hold each bite for at least 5 seconds before moving to the next position. Repeat the process for a total of 5-10 minutes to ensure your aligners are well-seated.
Step 4: If certain areas feel loose, focus on those areas with additional bites. Use chewies twice a day (morning and night) and especially when switching to a new aligner tray for the best fit.
Use chewies daily to ensure the best possible fit, especially after switching to a new set of aligners.
Replace chewies periodically to prevent bacteria buildup. Clean them with warm water and mild soap after each use.

How to Use The Aligner Outie Tool
Fresh aligners can be tough to remove, especially with soft or short nails or weak finger strength—don't get frustrated! Using the right technique or an outie tool makes removing them easy and more hygienic.
Step 1: Hold the outie tool by the handle, positioning the hook under the edge of the aligner at the back molar.
Step 2: Gently pull downward to unseat the aligner from your teeth, starting from the molars and moving forward.
Step 3: Repeat this motion on the opposite side, gradually working your way around until the aligner is completely removed.
Step 4: Once removed, clean the tool with water after each use to maintain hygiene.
Be cautious when using the tool to avoid damaging your gums or the aligner. Ensure the tool is sterilized regularly to prevent any potential oral injuries.
Avoid using the tool too aggressively as it could scratch the aligner or irritate your gums. Always be gentle.
If you're traveling or away from home, carry the tool in a case to keep it clean and accessible.
