At Smileie, we prioritize convenience and customer confidence. Here's a breakdown of our policies:

Impression Kit:

Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or refunds for impression kits.

Aligners:

Once ordered, no returns are accepted. However, if they don't fit well, we'll provide new ones.

Refunds:

If deemed unsuitable after analysis, you'll receive a full refund minus any impression kit or scan costs.

Results Guarantee:

If the results don't match the preview, we'll offer a $300 refinement.

Refund Process:
